  • Database administration for a PostgreSQL research database containing data from 28,000 patients across 50+ studies

  • Worked on methods of visualizing gene expression microarray data through heatmaps and histograms for easy interpretation using R/Bioconductor graphical packages
  • Collaborated on the development of a ChIP-seq analysis pipeline, wrote programs in R and Bash and integrated them with the Kepler Scientific Workflow System
